Director of Organising
Part of our national leadership team, you will lead our collective membership recruitment. You will possess union organising experience and formal qualifications in industrial relations or a related field. As well you can demonstrate a thorough knowledge of contemporary industrial relations issues and trends and be familiar with state and federal industrial legislation.

Job Market Adviser
A labour market and job evaluation specialist, your position will involve the provision of advice to members in the areas of market analysis and evaluation of the job worth of professional employees. You will have a tertiary qualification in labour economics, industrial relations or other relevant discipline. You will also be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in most commonly employed job evaluation systems and be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office.

Of course both appointees will be excellent communicators, team players and be able to plan, manage and prioritise their work programs

Both positions are envisaged to be full time, however the Association would be willing to consider more flexible arrangements to suit the right candidate.
