Help Tenix workers get a collective solution

Despite workers overwhelmingly voting for a collective agreement at Tenix Solutions, the company refuses to chnage their offer of individual contracts. Send an email telling the company to listen to their workers.

ASU members working at Tenix Solutions want to be able to negotiate with their employer as a group (a basic human right and the basis of many ILO Conventions.)

The company has ignored them and insisted on offering individual contracts with miniscule pay rises.

The overwhelming majority have held off signing since early December despite many carrots and sticks being applied by the company.

An independent ballot was conducted that showed that 83% wanted a collective agreement as opposed to an individual contract.

The workers led a stop-work last week which was very exciting for the new unionists.

The union is now launching the next phase of the campaign for a collective agreement at Tenix Solutions and they need your help: an email campaign to the bosses who are not listening (so far) to what ASU members have been asking for.
