VTHC Regional Victoria IR Campaign's successful second week

Country IR Tour is making headlines acroass the state
The VTHC Regional Campaign in The Age. Caption reads:
"Spreading the word: Pip Kelly from the Australian Education Union, and a convoy of unionists have taken their campaign against the Government's workplace changes to regional Victoria. Trades Hall Council secretary Brian Boyd said unionists would not let up in their fight against the "extremist" laws."

VTHC Regional Victoria IR Campaign has had a successful second week.

The weather has been a mixed bag but the VTHC Country Cavalcade has had successful stop overs at Ballarat, Castlemaine, Maryborough, Bendigo, Swan Hill, Robinvale and Mildura.
As with the first week, the reception has been more than worthwhile with regional TV, radio and newspapers giving our union officials and activists a good run.
Even the metro Age newspaper gave the campaign a run (see extract).  Preparations for the third week (the final leg) down in South West Victoria are currently being fine tuned.
