ANF - Industrial Officer

The Australian Nursing Federation (Victoria Branch) represents the professional and industrial interests of over 42,000 Victorian nurses and seeks to appoint a full-time Industrial Officer.

Applicants must have substantial experience as an Industrial Officer.

It is essential that the Industrial Officer is able to:

  • Negotiate with hospital management, employer associations and Government departments
  • Prepare submissions, reports and policy papers on issues affecting the health and community services industry
  • Provide advice and award/EBA interpretation to organisers
  • Represent the Branch before industrila Tribunals

The Officer ust have a relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience. Experience in the health industry would be an advantage. Current driver's licence is essential.

Salary package of approximately $100,000 - $110,000, including fully maintained vehicle. Excellent conditions including 5 weeks annual leave per annum.
