ASU Calls on Qantas to maintain the standards

The ASU has launched a new campaign to bring the continuing downgrading of services to public attention and to force Qantas management to maintain the standards that Qantas passengers have a right to expect.
Not content with cutting 450 customer service staff from Australian airports since 2001 and introducing hundreds of automatic check-in machines, Qantas now wants to cut the wages of new customer service agents at airports.
Qantas wants to pay new staff over $4,000 per year less than existing staff.
Enough is enough!
